Hey, I’m Chelsea, the Founder of Flourish and Thrive Fitness. I was the girl who made every excuse under the sun to skip PE lessons in school yet some how it’s a struggle to find me anywhere else other than the gym!
After suffering with an eating disorder for a decade, having low confidence and hating what the mirror showed me, in 2023 I began my own personal fitness journey and to cut a very long story short, after finding my own success and passion within the gym I trained to become a Personal Trainer, Online Coach and Pilates Instructor.
I have one mission in mind… I want to help my clients flourish and thrive to their fullest potential. Feeling their most confident selves both inside and outside of the gym!
My favourite motto : ‘If they can do it, why can’t you?’
There’s truly no better time than right now to get started. I promise there’s no massive or scary changes. I just help you make small, smarter, healthier choices, that you’ll be able to maintain over a life-time. Helping you to achieve and maintain your goals for life.
